The sturdy brick facade with its four signature arches occupies pride of place at the heart of a thriving crossroads of Milwaukee entrepreneurship.

Over the past century, the six stories of commercial space here at 233-243 N. Water St. have been home to saddlers and sailmakers. Back in the '60s, it housed a toy company whose owner could boast of having invented the Hula Hoop.

The meticulously restored brick-and-timber loft structure comprises 60,000 square feet of beautifully appointed space. Towering ceilings. Abundant natural light. The glow of natural hardwood floors. At every turn, we sought to cultivate a space where you can stretch out mentally and reach for that higher goal.

Floor plans are flexible, permitting open use of an entire floor or, using provisional walls, we can apportion spaces to accommodate specific needs.

Green practices are another essential ingredient in our commitment to providing you with a high-quality work environment. Low-flow toilets, waterless urinals and all-flourescent lighting are used throughout our properties.

Indoor air quality is something we regard as a priority. We don't believe in sealing off the outside world — all our buildings have operable windows to let in fresh breezes. On-premises dining and food service is available from The Ale House, our ground-floor tenant, whose outdoor terrace and patio verge onto the scenic Milwaukee Riverwalk. This downstairs neighbor makes a great spot as well for enjoying a pleasant ale on a warm summer eve.
